How do I register to order using the Internet?
If you are a current Edward Don & Company business customer and wish to begin placing orders on Don.com, click on the register link on the Don.com homepage.
On the next screen, enter your Edward Don account number and your location’s zip code and click on the Next button.
Enter all the applicable information and click on Next. That completes the registration process and you can begin placing orders on the site right away.
If you are not yet a customer and are a business located in the United States, please contact us at 1-800-825-4366 and request a new customer packet.
We are sorry, but we are not yet doing business directly with consumers.
I forgot my password?
In the event that you forget your password, click on the “forgot password” link next to the login box. Enter your user name, account number and email address.
Click on reset. We will email you a new password which you can change.
How do I find what I am looking for?
There are thousands of items to choose from on don.com. If you know what you are looking for, simply enter a description in the search box at the top of the screen. Once you locate the item, you can mark it as a favorite item so you won’t need to search for it again. Order Guides have been established for certain customers for those most frequently ordered items.
You can also look at your Order History to see previously ordered items.
How do I pay?
You will be invoiced upon shipment of your order. Payment is due as indicated
on your invoice.
Is Sales Tax charged on my order?
Edward Don & Company charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination
of the order, in accordance with state and local laws. Don has a business
"presence" in most of the 48 states that we ship orders to; therefore, we are
required to charge sales tax based on the laws of that state.
I am out side the United States. Can I still plance an order?
Edward Don & Company has many customers outside of the United States. Due
to the many circumstances involved with international customers and orders
please contact us at customerservice@don.com or call 1-800-825-4366 for
information.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can review the status of you last five orders from your customer dashboard.
If you need to check on the status of an older order, please click on the “Track Orders” link under the “Manage Orders” section.
Delivery
How will my order be shipped?
In most cases your order will be delivered from the nearest distribution center on one of our familiar "Red and Yellow" trucks. In delivery areas located outside of our local truck zone, depending on order size, your order will be shipped by common carrier or a nationally recognized small parcel carrier.
How long will it take to get my order? What are the shipping charges?
Your order will be processed overnight or the next business day. Once assembled we will send an order and shipping confirmation that will give you the delivery date. In most cases your order will be delivered to you on your next scheduled delivery date in accordance with your program agreement with Don. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at the end of the order and will appear on the final screen before submitting your order.
Can I change my delivery date?
To reschedule a delivery or request an emergency order please call
