Placing an Order

To place an order:

1. Click on Place Order.

2. Select your ordering mode by clicking on Favorites, Order History, Order Guide or Item Entry.

3. Click on the qty order box of the item to be ordered.

4. Enter in the desired order quantity.
Note: If you are using the Item Entry method, enter the item number, press Tab and enter the desired amount.

Note:
When you enter quantities in any field you must click on it then tab to let the web site know you have entered data.

5. When all the items for that page have been ordered, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on add to order form.

6. When the order form screen opens, review your order for any errors and click on complete order.

7. When the complete order screen opens, enter in a PO number in the purchase order # field, if required.

8. Click on send order. An order acknowledgement screen will open to verify that your order has been received.

Note:
An order confirmation will be sent back to you through your e-mail account. The confirmation will give you information about stock outages and expected delivery day.

Registration

To use the full functionality of the don.com web page, your account must be registered. To register your account:

1. Call or e-mail the Edward Don at customerservice@don.com.

2. Once we have established your account, the administrator will contact you.

3. To complete the registration process, click on the register tab under the sign-on-field on the left side of the Home Page.

4. Enter your account number and click on the next tab.

5. Enter all the applicable information and click on the next tab.

Note: Information must be entered into any fields marked with an asterisk.

You should immediately receive a message that you have successfully registered with don. com. If not, contact the web administrator through e-mail or call our Customer Service Department.
